The Democratic Empowerment Party’s vote-sizing idea has been receiving tremendous interest from both supporters and critics alike. The book launch and panel discussion will be held on Thursday, 16 June 2005 at the lower level of the Vancouver Public Library at 350 West Georgia Street.
